Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the ReportPlz app ("ReportPlz", "the service"). The service is operated by Bülent Ünlüsü, an individual developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Workspaces and accounts
- An admin creates a workspace and is responsible for it. The admin adds managers and users and creates their accounts.
- If you are an admin, you confirm that you are allowed to add the people you invite, that the email addresses you enter belong to them, and that you will share their temporary passwords securely.
- Each account is for one person. Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
- If you create a workspace on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Plans and subscriptions
ReportPlz offers a free plan and paid plans. Managers and users share the plan's capacity. The admin does not count toward it.
- Free: 1 manager and 1 user.
- Starter: up to 10 managers and users in total.
- Growth: up to 50 managers and users in total.
- Business: up to 100 managers and users in total.
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly. Current prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings, which you can also open from the app's Billing screen. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, and before you downgrade you must reduce your members to the new plan's limit.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
- If a renewal payment fails, your workspace keeps full access for 7 days. After that, managers and users cannot use the workspace until the subscription is renewed. The admin keeps access, and no data is deleted because of a failed payment.
3. Your content
- You own the reports, photos and other content you add to ReportPlz.
- You give us a limited permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to provide the service to you and your workspace.
- You are responsible for your content. You must have the right to share it, and it must not break the law or anyone else's rights. If it includes personal information about other people, you must have a lawful basis to share it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing or fraudulent;
- upload malware or try to disrupt or overload the service;
- try to access other workspaces or data you are not allowed to see;
- get around plan limits or security measures;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the service, except where the law allows it.
5. Ending your use
- An admin can delete their account and workspace at any time in the app. Managers and users can ask their admin to remove them.
- We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
6. Changes to the service
We are continually improving ReportPlz and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Apple
If you got ReportPlz from the App Store, you also agree to these terms:
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, or claims that the app infringes third-party intellectual property rights. We are responsible for handling such claims.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
- Your use of the app must also follow the usage rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, this does not take away mandatory protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
